So, I recently pulled my beloved Norwalk out of storage and began juicing again. It's been cleaned up since the last photos, but was hanging out in a kitchen cabinet since my last round of using it nearly five years ago. I've come to realized that juicing is an occasional thing in my life; either I'm doing it daily or not at all.
I called Norwalk today and asked about the oil level under the hydrics as it's been over ten years since I put oil in it. I was told the oil level should be 1-1/2 inches from the bottom and to use 20 or 30 weight motor oil. I'll put an old chop stick in to measure the oil level and will add oil if need be.
I'll post updated pictures of my juicer soon. It's such an incredible machine!
